for  GCC Expat Families — British Curriculum Schooling

Your family has moved.
Your child's education
should not stop.

Relocating to the UAE or GCC puts your child on a school waitlist that tells you nothing and a timeline that keeps moving. weschool@catalyze delivers one-to-one live British curriculum schooling from the day you need it.

Admissions are consultative. Every application is reviewed personally.

Mid-year relocation? Your child does not need to wait for a school place. Programmes begin within 48 hours of consultation.

 GCC  Expat Families

what relocating families face — specifically

the GCC school reality

This is not a general picture. These are the actual situations that bring families to weschool.

The school you wanted has a two-year waitlist

Dubai's KHDA-rated schools fill early. Mid-year places at preferred British curriculum institutions are rare. Waiting is not a plan.

Your child arrived mid-term

The academic year is already underway. Every week without structure creates a gap that becomes harder to bridge as the term continues.

Their previous curriculum does not transfer cleanly

CBSE, ICSE, the Australian curriculum, Common Core — each creates a specific transition challenge into the British system. Generic online schooling misses this.

IGCSE or A Level examinations are approaching

If your child is in examination years, the window for disruption is narrow. The preparation must be precise and begin immediately.

If you recognise your family here

we know what you are going through

For families from India

You have invested deeply in your child's education. CBSE or ICSE gave them a strong foundation but you are now in a new country, a new system, and a school waitlist that tells you nothing. You need more than reassurance. You need evidence that this works. We have it and we will show you specifically how your child's background maps onto what we deliver.

weschool understands the Indian curriculum transition precisely. CBSE to IGCSE is our most common pathway.

For families from the United Kingdom

You know what rigorous British schooling looks like. What you need to know is whether weschool delivers it without a physical school, without the peer environment, without the routine your child is used to. The answer is yes. Here is specifically how.

weschool operates on the same CAIE and Pearson Edexcel specifications your child was following at home.

For families moving within the GCC

You understand the GCC education landscape but every emirate and every country has its own school market reality. Moving from Riyadh to Dubai, or from Doha to Abu Dhabi, means entering a different system with different waitlist dynamics. We know every market specifically.

weschool operates across all major GCC cities with city-specific knowledge and counsellor coverage.

Transfer guarantee

starting with weschool does not mean staying forever

When the school place you want becomes available, we help you transition. We coordinate with the receiving school, prepare a handoff brief, and ensure continuity of progress. Starting with weschool now does not mean giving up on the physical school path.

"We were on three waiting lists simultaneously. weschool meant our child did not fall behind. When the place came through, the school said she was ahead of where they expected."

TLC Assessment

The TLC Learning Assessment maps your child's genuine academic position not assumed from age or previous school.

 Questions  families ask

what parents ask before booking

The TLC Learning Assessment maps your child's current level onto the British curriculum — specifically. We identify which topics need to be bridged, which strengths transfer directly, and what the first term of study looks like. Curriculum transition is our most common starting point.

Yes. The transfer guarantee is a core part of how we work with GCC families. When your preferred school place becomes available, we prepare a handoff brief for the receiving school and ensure your child is at the right level. Starting with WeSchool does not foreclose the physical school option.
weschool learners sit Cambridge CAIE or Pearson Edexcel examinations as registered private candidates. The certificate is identical to that of any full-time school student. There is no asterisk, no footnote, and no difference in how universities treat the qualification.

Most families begin their first session within 48 hours of the consultation call. The timeline depends on completing the TLC Learning Assessment, which takes one to two days. For families in urgent situations, we prioritise accordingly.

weschool@catalyze is a school — not a tutoring marketplace. Your child has a single matched tutor across subjects, a dedicated coordinator, and a structured programme that follows CAIE or Pearson Edexcel specifications. The one-to-one model is the method, not a limitation.
